Projects

A glimpse at pieces I've built for families here in North Carolina.

Below are a few of my favorite builds from the past few years. I work in small batches, so many of these pieces started as one-offs or short runs. When I have finished pieces ready to sell, you'll find them on the Available Pieces page or by reaching out directly.

Farmhouse Coffee Bar

Farmhouse Coffee Bar

A custom pine coffee bar built for our home, designed with extra storage, sliding barn door hardware, and a spacious solid wood top. This project started as a way to organize our kitchen, but quickly became one of my favorite blends of rustic style and practical everyday use.

Walnut, Maple, Purpleheart, and Padauk Cutting Board

Mixed Hardwood Cutting Board

A striped edge-grain cutting board made from walnut, maple, purpleheart, and padauk - a mix of domestic and exotic hardwoods that bring out incredible color and contrast. This was one of those projects where I got to pair beauty with everyday function. It is sanded silky smooth, finished food-safe, and built to last for years of real kitchen use.

Hardwood Phone and Watch Charging Stand

Hardwood Phone & Watch Charging Stand

A custom phone and watch charging stand made from purpleheart, padauk, and oak. The wireless chargers for both the phone and watch are tucked away inside the piece by design, keeping everything clean on the outside. This is a blend of woodworking and tech that I really enjoy, and the stand still lives on my mom's bedside table today.

African Teak Heart Charcuterie Board

A charcuterie board made from African teak with a hand shaped heart handle. It hangs on the wall as decor when it is not in use, then comes down for family nights and holidays. Simple lines, careful shaping, and a food safe finish make it a piece that looks good and gets used.

Oak beer flight with mini mason jars

Oak Beer Flight with Mini Mason Jars

A handcrafted beer flight made from solid oak and fitted with mini Mason jars. I built these as Christmas gifts one year, and they were a huge hit - simple, sturdy, and fun. It's one of those small projects that lets me mix clean joinery with practical everyday use.

Farmhouse Dog Crate End Table

A rustic farmhouse style end table that doubles as a functional, cozy dog crate. Built from pine with distressed white framing, X pattern details, a warm stained top, and sturdy black metal bars. Designed to blend into the living room while giving our pup a comfortable place to rest, this piece is both beautiful and practical.
